Researchers found that eating cheese could help lower the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. When people consumed high-fat dairy products such as cheese, cream and yogurt, they were less likely to suffer from type 2 diabetes. A Canadian research team also found that a morning protein-rich milk drink can lower blood sugar and also reduce appetite during lunch. Accordingly, diabetics should perhaps think about consuming a glass of milk for breakfast just in the morning. This way, the blood sugar level can be kept under control and the reduced appetite means that obesity or obesity are less likely to occur. (Image: Brebca / fotolia.com)
